Prime R two tower cableway provides stable, constant thrust that is resistant to heavy loads and makes wakeboarding fun for beginners and experienced riders alike.

Our wakeboard cableway is powered by one of the best gearmotors on the market, the optimal ratio between performance and dimensions as well as the energy efficiency level are the distinguishing features of the system. The motor is in line with current environmental trends and is characterized by low power consumption, low noise levels, low maintenance and zero emissions.

Tension unit

Another exclusive feature of the Prime R two tower cable way is the tensioning unit, which guarantees stable constant tensioning of the drive rope. Its unique design fits in with the Prime philosophy, a simple and reliable mechanism that allows the tension of the drive rope to be maintained without the use of special tools and with minimal effort on the part of the operating personnel.

Tension control indicator for quick and precise adjustment of cable tension. Maintenance personnel simply need to check the status of the indicator and add tension if necessary.

The intuitive software we developed for our cableway minimizes the risk of human error - operator or rider error - while providing maximum control and an outstanding riding experience. Schneider Electric PLC and VFD are ideal choice when it comes to flexibility and efficiency. It features a wide range of technological functions, integrated communication and a compact design. The compact frequency inverter is characterized by its ease of use and energy-saving functions.

Remote access to parameters such as speed modes, turning points, acceleration and deceleration times allows us to fine tune the system in minutes and make changes if required remotely in the future.

Easy to service

Both drive and deflection pulleys have easy-to-maintain pulley inserts, which are the only part of the system subject to natural wear. The inserts have a wear indication, allowing maintenance personnel to quickly determine their condition and replace them if necessary. The replacement procedure requires no loosening of the drive and safety cable and takes only 20-30 minutes to complete.

The carrrier is equipped with a clamping device that ensures constant contact between the drive rope and the carrier rollers. This increases the service life of the rollers and reduces the noise level of the carrier.
